SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Juniper Networks Service, Support, and
Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature Amendment No. 3 to CAG-23-012 with Right!
Systems. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # RSIQ072795 in the amount
of $62,632.88, for the annual Network Switch Service, Support, and Licensing for our
Juniper Networks switch hardware.
With this quote we pro rate and co-term multiple annual renewals allowing for
consolidation into a single annual invoice. This quote renews all Service, Support, and
Licensing through 12/17/2025.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
