Lot Line Adjustment: 720 & 846 Lind Avenue SW
Our project we are proposing is the Lind Avenue SW LLA. This involves two lots 720 Lind Avenue
SW with 99,789 sq" and 846 Lind Avenue SW with 58,732 sq". We are proposing to move the
loca(on of the common boundary between the two parcels approximately 31’ South. This will
create a 108,988 sq" lot and a 49,532 sq" lot. These lots are located in a commercial area North
of I-405 off of SW 7th Street & Lind Avenue SW in Renton. The zoning of the two lots in IM as
well as the property to the South. The property to the East is zoned CA. Each of the subject
proper(es are used for Commercial purposes. They both have large commercial buildings with
paved parking and landscaping. There are no cri(cal areas on or near the site. This proposal
does not involve any development or addi(onal improvements but is solely for the transfer of
property from one lot to another.
