Dear Jason and Melissa
As a matter of courtesy, I wanted to advise that we will be commencing the signature verification processing of the
undated lines of the petition that had been previously excluded. The undated line will be initially verified on the
following to determine validity:
• If the undated line is between invalid dates, it will be considered that this was a signature was collected within
a similar timeframe and will be excluded;
• If the undated line is between valid dates, it will be considered that this was a signature collected within a
similar timeframe and will be included; or
• If the undated line is on a page that has no date entry, it will be considered that the signature was collected in
the valid timeframe, and it will be included.
The valid lines will then undergo the standard signature verification processing requirements for the petition.
If you have any questions, please contact Jacob Lodge or myself.
Kind regards,
Linda Plater
