Dear Jurisdiction Administrator:
On Tuesday, December 26, a local voters’ pamphlet proof will be emailed to the
jurisdiction contact person listed on the ballot measure submission form.
What you will need to do:
Review the PDF proof.
Ensure your statement appears and is complete.
Ensure the jurisdiction contact name and contact information is correct.
Contact King County Elections if you find a discrepancy between the proof copy and the
information you submitted
Remember:
No changes to the originally submitted statement will be accepted. No new
statement material will be accepted.
The only changes that will be accepted are updates to the jurisdiction contact
information.
The deadline to notify our office of any issues or contact information changes is
