SUBJECT:CAG Number for Rubrik Cloud Vault Annual Renewals
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is a Quote packet with Ivoxy Consulting. This packet authorizes
payment of Quote # TYLWQ2398, in the amount of $7,926.60 ($7,186.40 plus tax) for
the next annual renewal of Rubrik Cloud Vault storage. Renewal dates will be
11/30/2024 – 08/17/2025.
Rubrik Cloud Vault storage has been previously funded by the Disaster Recovery project.
We are submitting this packet to the City Clerk’s Office for assignment of a new CAG
number as we will need to pay our annual renewals with operational funds moving
forward.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
