SUBJECT:Amazon Business Prime Membership
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is an agreement packet with Amazon Business Prime for the
annual renewal of the city’s Business Prime membership. This packet is being submitted
to the City Clerk’s Office for assignment of CAG number to track future renewals. There
are no funds being added initially as our 2024 membership fee has already been paid.
The vendor will be entered as US Bank/OneCard since this membership is paid via credit
card transaction.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
