PROJECT DOCUMENTS
The undersigned, being the Manager of the companies identified on Exhibit A attached hereto (each
a "Company"), hereby makes the following resolution pursuant to its authority as Manager pursuant
to the Company's Limited Liability Agreement:
RESOLVED, that each of the individuals identified below (each an "Authorized Agent") are
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of Company, all agreements, documents, permits and
applications related to the ownership, development and construction of the project owned by the
Company (collectively, the "Project Documents”).
Authorized Agents:
Erin Fowler, President
Barbara Rogers, Vice President of Forward Planning
Dalton Smith, Director of Land Operations
This Resolution shall be effective as of April 23, 2024 and shall remain in effect until revoked by
the undersigned.
