The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife submits the
following comments for the New Life Church Office Building Project
(LUA23-000330). We recommend beginning our free HPA pre-
application process to determine whether or not the “trenching”
occurring near Madsen Creek will require an HPA. If you have any
