Dear Ms. Friedmann:
I recently learned that you have resigned from the Human Services Advisory Committee. I
know that you will be missed by all the members of the committee.
I understand you have a new position with King County Council that encompasses many of the
topics and issues that HSAC works on--housing and homelessness, public health and behavioral
health, and others. Because of that, your membership on HSAC is seen as a conflict of interest.
The committee will definitely miss your expertise and insight on these issues.
However, we wish you the best in your new position and know that you will continue to work
for positive changes for Renton and King County residents.
