SUBJECT: Recommendation to Reappointment Members to the
Renton Human Services Advisory Committee
The Renton Human Services Advisory Committee has four positions that expired December 31, 2023.
The four positions have seated Committee Members that are interested in being reappointed. All are
considered members of good standing and served as a Human Services Advisory Committee Member
for at least one year. The Parks and Recreation Department recommends reappointment of these
members to a three-year term expiring December 31, 2026.

Ms. Hasty is currently serving as Vice -Chair on the Human Services Advisory Committee and has been
an active member for 6 years. She is an engaged and active contributor to the Committee. She has
been a professional in the Renton community for over 25 years.

Ms. Anderson is a strong contributor to the Human Services Advisory Committee. She has been an
active member for 12 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and institutional understanding to the
Human Services Advisory Committee.

Ms. Villarreal has been a member of the Human Services Advisory Committee since 2022 and is an
