Discussion among the Commissioners followed . Concern was expressed regarding potential problems relative to access to adjacent properties . It was noted that much of the access to residential lots in the area is via easement. Slides and aerial photographs of the property were viewed and the area described as a neighborhood commercial concept. The Chairman called for a presentation from the appli - cant. Larry Hawkins , 3839 80th Ave . S . E . , Mercer Island , indi - cated he was purchasing the property from Mr. Ault and is considering buying the remainder of the Ault parcel to the west and at some future time intends to either develop the site or sell the southerly portion , possibly to the property owner on the east. Fred R. Ault , 1315 North 30th , Renton , described pro- visions for access to the site , including the property being purchased by Mr . Hawkins . He stated that he does not feel access represents a detriment to the sale of the parcel . Discussion followed , and further questions were pre- sented to Messrs . He noted good quality of fill material and that there would be no public dumping or garbage per- mitted . The hours of operation were noted as being 8 : 00 a .m. to 5 : 00 p . m. during the week . Tino Cugini , applicant, stated that he would be receptive to approval of a five year permit and noted that he planned to develop an attractive piece of property .
