SUBJECT:Annual Support Renewal of Cisco Smartnet
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-196 with Zones, LLC. This
Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # K2284387, in the amount of $4,336.11, for
the annual support of Cisco Smartnet. The renewal term is 06/28/2024 – 06/27/2025.
This annual support is for hardware switches used to provide communications to our
SAN network.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
