SUBJECT:Annual Software Maintenance Renewal for Castus
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-23-195 with Castus
Corporation. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 2466, in the amount of
$6,814.00, for the annual software maintenance renewal of Castus C4 and Castus Cloud
Services. The annual renewal term is 06/01/2024 – 06/01/2025.
Castus is a TV Playout Server and Video Streaming Server that handles the video
playback for Channel 21 and Streaming.rentonwa.gov for the City of Renton.

Access to regular software updates.
