SUBJECT:Annual Maintenance Renewal of TOP Server
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-228 with Software Toolbox.
This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # QUO107615, in the amount of
$545.00, for the annual maintenance renewal of TOP Server.
T Server connects devices such as the city’s lift stations with the SCADA system to
collect, monitor, and generate reports. Additionally, the software sends alerts when
there’s an issue with the devices.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
