NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENTON HEARING EXAMINER
RENTON, WASHINGTON
A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on July 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM by means of
the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:
Rainier Dog Resort and Spa
LUA24-000093
Location: 900 S Grady Way (APN 1723059021). The applicant is requesting a Hearing Examiner (HEX) Conditional Use
Permit, HEX Site Plan Review, and Environmental Review to establish a boarding and daycare facility for up to 50 dogs at
any single time. The site is zoned Center Downtown. Improvements include interior work, fencing, and landscaping.
Hours of operation are proposed to be 7 am to 6 pm with outdoor sessions between 10 am and 4 pm.
