This project is a two-lot short plat of a 37617sf lot. The proposed civil development
with this short plat would only require one-day uses of machinery resulting in no
refueling issues. However, if refueling is required, then it is to be completed by
hand with a small refueling pick-up. Any spills would be quickly contained and the
contaminated materials would be hauled off to a proper disposal facility. I do not
know if this site is an Aquifer Protection Area but there are not any proposals for
storage of any hazardous materials or liquids on the site.
