SUBJECT:Software Maintenance Renewal of CivicLive
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No.to CAG-16-110 with
PowerSchool (previously Intrado Interactive Services Corp). This Amendment authorizes
payment of Invoice # INV396863, in the amount of $16,010.13, for the annual
maintenance renewal of CivicLive. The renewal dates are 07/26/2024 – 04/25/2025.
CivicLIve is used as the city’s Content Management Systems (CMS) for the
www.rentonwa.gov website.
We have chosen to only renew for a 9-month period since this system is being replaced
later this year.
