All construction work associated with the Canopy PUD under permit #C21000838 has been completed and the City has signed off on the Construction Portion of the Civil Construction Permit.
Note, deferral permit DEF24002047 remains active and is required to meet the deferral requirements prior to closing out that permit.
Please note that with the sign off of this permit, your 2-year Maintenance Period began upon execution of the maintenance bond with your maintenance period ending on 6-7-2026.
I have initiated the process of releasing the performance bond and you should be receiving the release in the next few weeks (if not sooner). If you have any questions, please let us
