SUBJECT:Annual Software License Renewal of EnteliWEB
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-246 with
Ainsworth. This Amendment authorizes payment of the attached quote, in the amount
of $1646.38 ($1492.64 plus tax) for the annual software license renewal of EnteliWEB.
Eight hours of technical labor is included in the quote and is required for the vendor to
perform updates to the software and apply the license renewal. The city will not be
charged for unused hours.
EnteliWEB is the HVAC management software for the Renton Pavilion.
