Memorandum of Agreement with King County for Reclaimed Water Feasibility Study
(Referred on June 17, 2024)
The Utilities Committee recommends concurrence in the staff recommendation to authorize
the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with King County to fund
a Reclaimed Water Feasibility Study with a maximum amount of $200,000, with each party's
cost share being $100,000.
The Committee further recommends approval of the appropriation of $100,000 from the Water
Utility Fund 405 unencumber fund balance to fund the city's share of the study.
