of property. If necessary, prepare and record a deed transferring ownership of the portion
ofland depicted in the lot line adjustment map. We recommend that the legal description
. for this document be pr~ared by a surveyor. It is theapplicant's responsibility to ensure

line adjustment to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall. The revised plans will be routed for

Fonnat and Legal Description Review
Bob Mac Onie and I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment submittal and have
the following comments:
Comments for the Applicant:
Note the City of Renton land use action llllmber and land record number, LUA-07 -053-LLA and
LND-30-0329, respectively, on the drawings in the spaces already provided. NOTE: The type
size used for the land record number should be definitely smaller than that used for the land use
action number. Reverse the order of the "LUA" and "LND" numbers as shown in the lower left-
hand corner of both drawing sheets. The "LUA" number is used for recording purposes by King
County; the "LND" number is not used for this purpose.
If the monuments are not to be set at the corners of the proposed lots until after the construction
phase of The Landing project is completed, then note a statement to that effect on the drawing.
Note all easements, covenants and agreements of record on the drawing (previously noted on the
short plat, Rec. No. 20060822900013).
All vested owner(s) of the subject short plat need to sign the final short plat drawing. Include
notary blocks as needed.
Make an explicit statement that the ties to the City of Renton Survey Control Network are
pursuant to the Binding Site Plan between BSP (Rec. No.20041223000850) and the City of
Renton Survey Control Network.
The items noted under the "NOTES" hlock (lower left-hand corner of Sheet I of 2) appear to be
incorrectly shown/arranged. Review and revise as needed.

It is suggested that the lot names be changed from "LOT 1" and "LOT 2" to LOT A and LOT B
(or other). "LOT 1" and "LOT 2" were used in the previously recorded short plat (Rec. No.
20060822900013).
Note the names of the lots and the recording numbers of the lot line adjustments for the properties
to the west and south of the subject LLA property (across Park Ave N on the west and across N
lOth Street on the south).
Remove the City of Renton "SEAL" from bOlh drawing sheets.
Note that if there are easements, restrictive covenants or agreements to others (City of Renton,
etc.) as part of this lot line adjustment, they can be recorded concurrently with said lot line
adjustment. The lot line adjustment submittal and the associated document(s) are to be given to
the Project Manager as a package. The recording number(s) for the associated document(s) are to
be referenced on the short plat drawing. Provide spaces for the recording numbers thereof.
Fee Review Comments:
Lots within or affected by the lot line adjustment are subject to the city's special charges, if
any.
