NOTE: NEW PRIVATE EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND
UTILITIES IS TO BE CREA TED UPON THE SALE OF LOTS SHOWN ON THIS

PAVEMENT WIDTH IS GREATER THAN 20 FEET.

THE OWNERS OF LAND EMBRACED WITHIN THIS SHORT PLAT, IN
RETURN FOR THE BENEFITS TO ACCRUE FROM THIS SUBDIVISION, BY
SIGNING HEREON COVENANT AND AGREE TO CONVEY THE BENEFICIAL
