RENTON, WASHINGTON LUA-07-088-SHPL LND-20-0498 NEW PRIVATE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS & UTILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NOTE: NEW PRIVATE EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES IS TO BE CREA TED UPON THE SALE OF LOTS SHOWN ON THIS SHORT PLAT.
