In accordance with a request made by Terrance Wilson, Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) has
prepared this addendum letter for the subject project.
Steep Slope Buffer
Page 4 of the referenced geotechnical engineering study provides recommended buffers from
steep slope hazard areas on the subject site. In our opinion, Lot 4 should include a standard
property line structure setback. No additional buffer will be required from the steep slope
hazard area. All other recommendations in the referenced report remain applicable to the
project.
