This proposal will not change any uses of the building. • Special features of the site are that the Cedar River is adjacent to the building (60-feet from building wall to top of bank) • The soil type is unknown and there is no evidence of unusual drainage conditions. SubJect project is on roof of multi-story building (90-feet above the ground) and will not impact ground or river conditions. • Proposed development is the establishment of Cricket Communications telecommunication site on the roof of the building. There is no ground disturbance within the shoreline area. All work will occur on the roof of the or within the building (90-feet above the ground). Although there is no ground impacts associated with this proposal, it will provided needed telecommunication and E-911 service within the shoreline area of the Cedar River. • Access with be from Mill Ave. S., S. 2nd St, and Houser Way N. Upon completion of construction, it is anticipated that there will be only one trip per month from a radio frequency engineer. • There are no off-site improvements associated with this project. All work will occur on the roof or inside of the old city hall {90-feet above the ground). • The total estimated construction cost and estimated value will be approximately $75,000.00. • No fill or excavation is proposed. • ' • No land will be dedicated to the City.
