Placed on-hold April 4, 2024 and taken off-hold May 2, 2024. •Staff received one (1) public comment. •Staff received comment from the Duwamish Tribe regarding cultural resources and using native vegetation. •A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance - Mitigated (DNS - M) was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee (ERC) on June 3, 2024 with four mitigation measures and an appeal deadline of June 17, 2024. No appeals were filed. Brief Description Cont. •The proposal is consistent with relevant Comprehensive Plan Land Use policies. •The proposal is compliant with all relevant zoning and design regulations if all conditions of approval are complied with. •Within High Seismic Hazard Area and Wellhead Protection Area Zone 2 •Police and Fire Prevention staff indicate that sufficient resources exist to furnish services to the proposed development. •Water and sewer service is provided by City of Renton. Water and sewer improvements will be required.
