The Finding was sent on June 5, 2024. The appeal postmark is June 29, 2024.
This is well past the 15 day deadline as they sent the appeal 24 days a?er the 15
day appeal period. Even taking into considera?on mailing ?me, this is 14 days past
the appeal deadline.
