SUBJECT:Annual Licensing Renewal for SIEM Solution
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-23-352 with Right!
Systems, Inc. This Amendment authorizes the payment of Quote # RSIQ074260, in the
amount of $104,066.10, for the annual renewal licensing renewal of our SIEM (Security
Information and Event Management) solution. The renewal term is 09/18/2024 –
09/17/2025.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
