TENW SUBJECT: Off-Site Photometric Calculations Summary Project Name: Sunset Highlands Medical Clinic TENW Project No. 2024-140 ADF Properties, LLC has requested that TENW prepare street lighting design plans and associated photometric calculations for the new Sunset Highlands Medical Clinic located at 4409 NE Sunset Blvd in the City of Renton, Washington. The Sunset Highlands Medical Clinic project has approximately 185-lf of frontage along NE Sunset Blvd that required illumination analysis. The results of our analysis are summarized below. Target Criteria The Target Criteria established from the Renton Municipal Code 4-6-060 Section-I, Table I-3: Average Maintained Illumination is summarized in the table below. TARGET CRITERA Calculation Area Avg. Value (FC) Max. Uniformity (Avg. FC/Min. FC) NE Sunset Blvd (Principal Arterial) 1.3 4.00:1 Existing Conditions TENW conducted a site visit on May 22, 2024. The existing street lighting along the frontage of NE Sunset Blvd includes three (3) existing LED light fixtures mounted on steel light poles. The LED light fixtures are AEL Autobahn, mounted at 30’. See attachment B for the light fixture location. TENW modeled the existing illumination conditions along the frontage of the project using AGI32 v21.2 software. Thus, additional street light poles are not necessary as the existing light poles along the project frontage achieves the required City of Renton standards.
