Please refer to Section 22, Floor Plans. This proposal includes a fully
enclosed refuse/recycling area for residents within the first floor of the
building. Refuse/recycling collection will be through a roll up door along the
building’s south elevation. Further, there are no views of this area from
adjoining properties.
