Mailing and Posting Notice
The undersigned does hereby affirm compliance with City of Renton requirements for mailing of
Neighborhood Meeting notices and posting of the notice as required for PUD Neighborhood
Meeting.
Notice of the Neighborhood Meeting was mailed to all property owners within 300’ feet of the
subject site, all tenants of the Evergreen Building and all tenants of Renton Village Shopping
Center site on February 2, 2017.
The Neighborhood Meeting commenced at 5:00 PM, Renton Library February 16, 2017.
Notice of Neighborhood Meeting was posted at the Library entrance at least one hour prior to
the time of meeting.
