At the request of City of Renton, RVA CINEMA LLC will be conducting a neighborhood meeting
to present a site plan and preliminary design for proposed apartment construction at 25 South
Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057. The development proposal and the Neighborhood
Meeting are discussed further, below. A map of the site proposed for construction is attached.
Date: February 16, 2017
Time: Commencing at 5:00 PM
Place: Renton Public Library, Large Meeting Room
100 Mill Street South
Renton, Washington 98057
Purpose: The intent of this meeting is to facilitate an informal discussion between the
project sponsor and neighbors regarding the project. While required by the City
of Renton, this meeting is not conducted by the City of Renton and is in addition
to any future public hearing or public comment opportunities available under City
of Renton development review processes. A sign, directing you to the large
meeting room will be placed at the entrance to the library, one hour before the
meeting time of 5:00 PM.
Project Sponsor: RVA CINEMA LLC
Proposal: Construct an 8 story structure on the Renton Village Cinema site. The project
will include two levels (270 stalls) of parking for residents and visitors and 6
stories of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartment units.
The proposal includes significant resident common areas, recreation rooms and
exterior amenity areas.
Attendees: The meeting is open to the public and specifically to business owners and
property owners within 300 feet of the Renton Village Cinema at 25 South Grady
Way.
