Project Description: The applicant proposes to have a weekend pet adoption event in the parking
lot of a shopping center. The event would take place September 11-13, 2009. Friday the 11th the
hours of operation would be from 12pm -8pm. On Saturday and Sunday, the 12th and 13 th , the
hours of operation would be from lOam -6pm. The applicant propses to have a 100 sq ft tent in
front of the Petsmart store as well as a 900 Sq ft tent on the west side of Petsmart.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes to have a weekend pet adoption
event in the parking lot of a shopping center. The event would take place on September 11-13,
2009. On Friday the 11th, the hours of operation would be from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Saturday
and Sunday, the 12th and 13th, the hours of operation would be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The
applicant proposes to have a 100 square foot tent in front of their store as well as a 900 square
foot tent on the westside of their store.
The following Petsmart Adoption Weekend Temporary Use Permit is hereby approved.
