The City of Renton has approved the above referenced lot line adjustment and has
forwarded the final mylars to King County for recording.
Please note the recording of the lot line adjustment map alone does not transfer
ownership of property. If necessary, prepare and record a deed transferring ownership
of the portion of land depicted in the lot line adjustment map. We recommend that the
legal description for this document be prepared by a surveyor. It is the applicant's
responsibility to ensure this document is properly prepared and recorded with the
County.

Dear Mr. Vanderzanden:
The City of Renton has finished reviewing your revised proposed lot line adjustment (received
July 20, 2012) and is now ready to approve and send the final version for recording. Please
submit. two sets of original signed mvlars and a check for $15.81 made out to Champion
Couriers to my attention at the sixth floor counter of City Hall.
Please send final lot closure calculations and metes and bounds legal description to me.
Please verify that the mylars have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized
with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will
promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the revised proposed lot line adjustment (received July 20, 2012) is
subject to a fourteen (14) day appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the
administrative decision must be filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm,
August 9, 2012.
Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of
Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by
City of Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110. Additional information regarding the appeal
process may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, (425) 430-6510.

This office has reviewed your request (dated June 8, 2012) to extend an approved lot
line adjustment (File No. LUA10-023, LLA) that expired on June 10, 2012. Your request is
accepted because it is dated prior to the expiration date.
Pursuant to RMC 4-7-060H, the municipal code allows the original approving body to
issue a single one (1) year extension. Therefore, your lot line adjustment extension
request is approved. The lot line adjustment will expire on June 10, 2013.
You should be aware this office is empowered to issue only one such extension. If the
lot line adjustment is not recorded by June 10, 2013 it will expire and cannot be
extended again.

Dear Mr. Young:
The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready
to approve and send the final version for recording subject to the comments contained in the
attached memorandum from Property Services. The comments should be incorporated into
the mylars submitted. Please submit two sets of original signed mylars and a check for $15.81
made out to Champion Couriers to my attention at the sixth floor counter of City Hall.
Please verify that the mylars have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized
with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will
promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14) day
appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be
filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, June 24, 2010.
Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of
Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, 'Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by
City of Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110. Additional information regarding the appeal
process may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, (425) 430-6510.

Conner Homes developed the plat of Barbee Mill in the City of Renton which was
recorded in 2008. During the course of construction, the developer determined that a lot
line adjustment of the common lot line between lots 35-36 is required in order to
accommodate the construction of a home on lot 36.
Lots 35 and 36 addresses are 4151 and 4125, Williams Ave. N respectively, Renton
Washington and are currently vacant lots awaiting the construction of home subsequent
to the approval and recording of the lot line adjustment. No additional code
modifications are required or requested at this time.
