Subject: Notice of Incomplete Application

Dear Ms. Todd:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is
incomplete according to submittal requirements and, the following items will need to be
submitted by April 12, 2018, in order to continue processing your application:
Construction Mitigation Description
Title Report or Plat Certificate. The master application form should include all signatures
of property owners listed on the title report.
Draft Legal Documents
Revised Architectural Elevations that include the building materials and colors of
existing and proposed structures.
Revised Site Plan that includes:
Setbacks of proposed structure to property lines, and
Location and dimensions of all easements referenced in title report with the
recording number and type of easement.
Revised Conditional Use Permit Justification that includes:
Proximity of the tower to residential structures and residential district
boundaries,
The surrounding topography, tree coverage and foliage, and
The proposed access ingress and egresses
