HomeMy WebLinkAboutC_response to RFI_180221 9725 3rd Ave NE, Suite 410, Seattle, WA 98115 TO: Angelea Weihs, Associate Planner RE: Response to Notice of Incomplete Application – LUA17-000871 / Verizon SEA Houser Way Dear Ms. Weihs, Below is a summary of the response to project comments received for the above permit application: • Construction Mitigation Description: Attached. • Title Report/Plat Certificate: Attached. • Draft Legal Documents: The lease under negotiation is attached, with certain information redacted. • Revised Elevations: Notes have been added to the plans giving more information on the materials and finish (page A-2, upper right). The plans set does not typically include life-like renderings. Photo simulations were included in the original application that should address concerns over the finished look of the project. • Revised site plan: Attached; the plan has been revised to include setbacks to the property line (page A-1). The Survey submitted with the original plans set (page SV1) addressed easements, and there are none to include. • Revised CUP Justification: Attached; the narrative has been revised to include additional maps showing distances to residential zones and uses; please note the project is not a “tower” as stated in the RFI, but a rooftop antenna installation. Aerials have been added to show the location of existing vegetation, none of which will be altered for this project. The ingress/egress is via the existing driveway that serves the property, and the access to the roof portion is through an existing roof hatch. Both access points were shown on the original plans set (page A- 1); additional labeling for the driveway has been added for clarity. Please let me know if additional information is needed.
