Project Narrative
Site Description
The subject property is located at 2007 Union Avenue NE, King County Tax Parcel No. 042305-9076. The site
currently has one single-family residence, which will be removed. Two additional lots are proposed. It is
located within an area of existing single-family residential development, zoned Residential-6 (R-6) and has a
maximum net density of six dwelling units per acre.
Project Description
The proposed project includes development of three single-family residential building lots, including
installation of utilities and a private road with hammer-head turnaround. No critical areas have been identified
on or near the site.
