10. BASIC DISPERSION FLOW CONTROL BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES. WILL BE UTILIZED ON LOTS 23 THROUGH
27. STORM RUNOFF FROM LOTS 23 THROUGH 27 TO BE DISCHARGED TO ADJACENT WETLAND/STREAM BUFFER VIA
INDIVIDUAL LOT FLOW DISPERSION TRENCHES. THE DOWNSPOUTS OF ALL OTHER LOTS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE
ROAD CONVEYANCE SYSTEM VIA A .PERFORATED PIPE CONNECTION.
11. SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED ON LOTS CREATED BY THIS
SUBDIVISION MUST IMPLEMENT FLOW CONTROL BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, UNLESS CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF
THIS SUBDIVISION. COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE DRAINAGE PLAN SUBMITIED

UPON ALL PRIVATE STREETS, ALLEYWAYS AND PRIVATE ACCESS TRACTS, THE EXTERIOR 10 FEET PARALLEL WITH
AND ADJOINING THE STREET FRONTAGE OF ALL LOTS AND TRACTS AND 5 FEET PARALLEL WITH AND ADJOINING
ALLEYWAYS AND PRIVATE ACCESS TRACTS. FURTHER EASEMENTS .ARE RESERVED OVER PRIVATE LANDS FOR

I. REMOVE THE TWO KEYS FROM THE BACK OF THE DISPENSER. TO OPEN
THE FRONT PANEL, TURN THE UNIVERSAL CAM LOCK KEY ONE QUARTER
TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT, PULL THE LOWER PART OF THE FRONT PANEL
APPROXIMATELY 2" TOWARDS YOU AND LIFT TO RELEASE AND
SEPARATE THE TWO PARTS.
2. THE DISPENSER HAS TWO PRE-DRILLED HOLES THROUGH THE Y."
ST AND OFF IN THE BACK WALL. THESE TUJO HOLES AND THE MOUNTING
SCREWS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE DO MATCH WITH THE HOLES OF
EVERY COMMON ST ANPARD CHANNEL POST.
3. THE RECOMMENDED HEIGHT FROM FINISH GRAPE TO THE TOP OF THE
POGIFOT JUNIOR DISPENSER SHOULD BE APPROXIMATELY bb INCHES.

I. TO FILL THE DOG/POT JUNIOR WITH DOG/POT LITTER BAGS, TAKE TWO
200 BAG/ROLL BOXES, TEAR OFF THE PERFORATED SEAL ON EACH
BOX AND PLACE THE TWO BOXES ABOVE EACH OTHER ON THE SHELF
WITH THE OPENING OF THE BOXES FACING Tl-lE FRONT.
2. CLOSE THE FRONT PANEL AND LOCK WITH THE CAM LOCK KEY.
3. REACH THROUGH THE TWO OPENINGS AND FIND THE RAW EDGE OF THE
FIRST BAG THROUGH EACH OF THE SLOTS AND PULL UNTIL THE DOG/POT
LOGO 15 VISIBLE.
