SUBJECT: "Off Hold" Notice

Dear Mr. Larsen:
Thank you for submitting the corrected Title Report as requested in the original On Hold letter, dated February 1,
2018. Please Note: you elected not to submit a revised geotechnical report including the infiltration information
required per the City of Renton Surface Water Design Manual. This information will be required at the time of
Construction Permit review. If the soils do not support infiltration, that may impact the layout of the proposed
lots. In addition, you also elected not to submit items 3-6 listed as minor corrections. These items will be required
to be addressed at the time of Construction Permit review.
Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue to review the project. You will be notified if any
additional information is required to continue processing your application.
