Dear Mr. O'Hare:
The City of Renton has approved the above referenced lot line adjustment and has
forwarded the final mylars to King County for recording.
Please note the recording of the lot line adjustment map alone does not transfer
ownership of property. If necessary, prepare and record a deed transferring ownership
of the portion of land depicted in the lot line adjustment map. We recommend that the
legal description for this document be prepared by a surveyor. It is the applicant's
responsibility to ensure this document is properly prepared and recorded with the
County.

Dear Mr. O'Hare:
The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready
to approve and send the final version for recording. Please submit two sets of original signed
mylars and a check for SlS.81 made out to Champion Couriers to my attention at the sixth
floor counter of City Hall. I will be away from the office from July 1 -15. Please submit these
items to my attention on July 18th or later. Thank you.
Please verify that the mylars have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized
with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will
promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14) day
appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be
filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, July 15, 2011.
Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of
Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by
City of Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110. Additional information regarding the appeal
process may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, (425) 430-5510. If you have
further questions regarding this project, please call me at (425) 430-7285.

Format and Legal Description Review
I have reviewed the subject submittal and have the following comments:
Comments for the Applicant:
Note the City of Renton land use action number and land record number, LUA-11-028-
LLA and LND-30-0362, respectively, on the drawing sheets in the spaces provided.
Please note the specific names of the numbers at issue and use them on the survey.
Change the name of the lots adjusted in the survey to 'Lot A' and 'Lot B' to avoid
confusion with the underlying Lot 1 and Lot 2.
Remove the area notes as they are only and application requirement and are not
required on the final survey document. This also applies to the utilities noted along
109th Ave SE (Kennewick). Inked addresses are required on the final survey document.

V arr Heaton owned both lots. He sold 008800-0510 to Yaota Teung. Mr.
Teung proposes to buy the north 30 feet of existing tax parcel 008800-0509
from Heaton and add it to Tax Parcel 008800-0510.
This boundary line adjustment is being done so Tueng can purchase the 30
feet from Heaton.
