Construction Mitigation Description — ADU
Constructing the Accessory Dwelling Unit we, Signature Custom Homes the builder and
representative for Homan Leung (owner) plan to follow these guidelines;
- Plan to construct the unit concurrently with the new Single family Resident under
permit # B17004662 and start construction after permit issuance and to be
completed on or before the completion of the SFR
- We will work under the hours and days of operation with City of Renton
construction code; lam to Bpm Monday through Friday, and gam to Bpm on
Saturday. No traffic control plan will be needed due to all work will be done on the
private side
- We will utilize the construction entrance for the SFR to prevent dirt and or mud on
the street
- We will follow the erosion control plan (ESC) for the site with silt fence to control
any potential erosion on the downhill side
- No special hours are expected to construct the ADU
