The project will require a shoreline exemption. The site and adjacent properties are zoned R-8 and located along the shoreline of Lake Washington. The existing shoreline consists of a concrete bulkhead along the shoreline. There will not be any change to the existing use of the property. The scope of the project entails construction of seven hundred (700) sq ft or patio replacing gravel covering the existing space. The time to complete the construction of the patio is five ( 5) to ten ( 10) days. The cost of the patio project is $5,500.00.
