Identify the "NEW LOT LINE" on the drawing (Sheet 2 of 3). Indicate what has been, or is to be, set at the new corners of the proposed lots. Note discrepancies between bearings and distances of record and those measured or calculated, if any. Note all easements, covenants and agreements of record on the drawing. Note the lot numbers and block number of the plat to the north and south of the subject properties. Tax lot numbers are not needed.
