Parking areas for the property will be shared with parking for the Harley- Davidson business. The vending unit is a truck and would be set,up to offer walk-up food service. Food service would be generally provided one day a week on Friday between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Parking for clients would be provided at the same location and vehicular ingress and egress to the site would be from East Valley Road. The following Tier 1 Temporary Use Permit is hereby approved and subject to the following conditions: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1) A City oj Renton Business license must be obtained prior to operation.
