Upon project intake the Lot Line Adjustment Principles of Acceptability (RMC 4-7-060 were reviewed and determined to be met. The Project Narrative included in the project file states the reason for the requested lot line adjustment. That is, the new parcel lines are being drawn in a manner that will provide a more cost effective ratio between the total parcel area and the associated impervious area on each parcel. The new lot configuration will create a Low Intensity % rating (based on the City of Renton Storm and Water Surface Drainage Calculations) for Parcell and a Medium Intensity % rating for Parcel 2.
