PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes to locate a mobile cart at a
property where a vehicle engine cleaning business is located. The mobile cart would be located
in the parking lot. The vending unit is a truck and would be set-up to offer walk-up food service.
Food service will be generally provided daily between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Parking for clients will be provided at the same location and vehicular ingress and egress to the
site is provided from NE 4th Street.
The following Tier 1 Temporary Use Permit is hereby approved and subject to the following
conditions:
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
I) A City of Renton Business license must be obtained prior to operation.

2) All requirements, standards, and permits required of the Seattle King County Public
Health Department must be met and approved prior to operation.
3) The mobile food vending unit, or Taqueria Juanitvs, cannot stay at the location
permanently and must move doily from the property between 12:00am (midnight) and
5,00am, except for a special event where the unit is allowed at the some location for up
to 72 hours.
4) The site occupied by the temporary use shall be left free of debris, litter, or other
evidence of the temporary use upon completion of removal of the use or when the
operation of the use ceases to exist_
5) The site occupied by the temporary use shall be restored to the original condition when
the use ceases to exist including restoration of site elements such as, but not limited to,
landscaping and parking stall striping.
