Please find enclosed a check payable to the City of Renton for $103 and a set of revised landscape plans L-I and L-2 both clouded Rev. #4 which identifY the changes. I summarize the changes briefly below for your reference: 1. Because there was no work in the ravine to the south of Building B the need for landscape restoration anticipated in the original plans was not necessary. 2. Because of the size and quantity of site utilities that were located in the area planned for the original "Tot Lot", we agreed to move it to an area behind the planting berm to the east of Building B. The play area is now about 113 larger than previously planned. We have maintained the accessible feature to this site and provided a low fence between the play area and the adjoining parking to separate the kids from cars using the driveway. 3. At the north property line there is an area where a low rockery wall was provided to make unanticipated existing and parking grades work which has resulted in some new landscape and irrigation plans 4. At the former Tot Lot area adjacent to the entrance to Building A, and along the north side of Building A, there is new landscaping to accommodate a service walkway to the electric meters at the north elevation of Building A 5. At the planting berm along Carr Rd., the plantings and irrigation have been modified to reduce the area of lawn and increase the area of ground covers. 'Zn for your help.
