In order to display the Little League sign-up signs, you will need to apply for a Tier 1 -Temporary Use Permit. One permit can cover all of the signs. There are some submittal materials needed, an application form to be filled out (attached), and a few to be paid ($75.00 plus a $2.25 Technology Fee = $77.25). A copy of the submittal requirements is attached. You do not need to fill out the abatement agreement (page 2) or the indemnification agreement (page 3). And many of the items required don't directly apply to your situation. For this application, please describe the number and location of signs (in writing and/or on a map) that will be placed, the duration of time that the signs will be displayed, and the plan for removal of the signs.
