SEPA #5 – Project Narrative
The commercial buildings at 500 Park Ave. and 535 Garden Ave. will be demolished with
the exception of the slabs, those will remain. The skybridge connection between the
building and the parking garage will also be demolished along with the fitness area inside
the parking garage.

Demolition will start shortly after permit approval.

Not applicable, we are leaving the slabs in place, no grading to occur.
