Dear Gerald Wasser:
The garage at the above listed location confirms to the standard that states, 'The portion
of the garage wider than twenty six-feet (26') across the front shall be set back at least two feet
(2')" (RMC 4-2-115). The garage is 21' wide at the two car portion; third car garage is set back
2 feet and is 11 feet wide. Based on this requirement the property owners were confident that the
house complies with the city standards. With recommendation of the city we are applying for
residential design standard modifications along with $103 .00 ($100 plus 3% Technology
Surcharge Fee).
