Planning Review Comments:

PLANNING DIVISION
1. Replace all dying and dead landscaping within the right-of-way and throughout short plat.
Completed, inspected and approved per Clark Close.
2. Remove rocks and add topsoil within the planter strip.
Completed, inspected and approved per Clark Close.
3. Evenly cover the planting areas with a minimum of two inches (2") of bark mulch.
Completed, inspected and approved per Clark Close.
4. Evenly cover the areas around the trees on Lot 2 with a minimum of three inches (3") of bark mulch.
Completed, inspected and approved per Clark Close.
5. Repair or replace the damaged portions of the split rail fence.
Completed, inspected and approved per Clark Close.
6. Install landscaping and pavement within Tract B.
You can bond via a deferral. !he request would be to defer the improvements until the last home is
finaled The city does not accept bonds, only cash, credit card, check, letter of credit or set-aside from
a hank. See application attached Deferral and maintenance surety submitted to Ann Fowler.
7. Remove wood debris piles and cut tree remains from the site.
Completed, inspected and approved per Clark Close.
8. Provide hand watering irrigation program contract that is required to be in place to ensure l" of
water, three times weekly, to all planted plants per the construction specifications (Sheet L 1.2).

9. Call me again for a second landscaping inspection when items 1-8 are completed.

Technical Services Comments

PLANNING DIVISION
Native Growth Easement separate document will need to be recorded and space for the recording
number added on the face of the plat. An original signed NGPE is enclosed for recording. A line
for the recording number is on page two of the final short plat map. This was approved by
Amanda Askren.
REETA form will need to be submitted with the final Deed of Dedication for the ROW. A signed deed
of dedication is enclosed along with four signed REETA forms. This was approved by Ann
Fowler.
Engineering Review Comments
Signed REETA and Deed of Dedication Forms required prior to final approval. A signed deed of
dedication is enclosed along with four signed REETA forms as reviewed and approved by Ann
Fowler.
Fire Review -Building Comments
1. Provide 20 feet wide paved fire apparatus access roadway to the southernmost lot. Deferral and
maintenance funds are in place to include this item, as reviewed and approved by Ann Fowler.
